The Toothpaste from Our Childhood

Remember back in the elementary school when we were being the taught the importance of oral health. At the end of that lesson, we received a bag a of free goodies filled with oral care products, and amongst those goodies was a blue, glittery Crest toothpaste with a star shaped opening.
Squeezing out perfect stars onto my toothbrush and tasting the bubblegum flavor of the toothpaste was what I looked forward to everyday and night. But all good things must come to an end. After the tube was used up, I resumed using the adult toothpaste that the rest of my family was using and forgot all about this fun toothpaste. A few months ago, while riding the D train on the way to work I suddenly remembered this toothpaste, and I did a quick browsing of the Duane Reade aisles immediately after I got off the train. But to my dismay, I could not find it. And neither could I find it online. The results of my searches pointed to one conclusion: the toothpaste from my childhood was no more.

One morning, a few weeks later, I opened the cabinet above the sink and reached in to grab the toothpaste. It was a brand new tube, purple, paradise-fresh flavored, with a clean cap design: Colgate Luminous. With the first squeeze of the tube, memories of my childhood came flooding back. I've found the adult version of the toothpaste! The tube did not have cartoony figures as part of the design and the paste was lavender-colored, but the paste was star-shaped and glittery. That's enough to make me satisfied.

This one was normal, right? A sparkly entry in all sense of the word. But wait! Only 4 entries overall? Got bored real fast?
